License Key Upgrades

The newest version of tubeCore requires a License Key upgrade. If you purchased tubeCore after March 1st, 2010 we will send you a free Licence Key within the next 30 days. All the new features in tubeCore will work for this 30-day period.

If you have purchased tubeCore before March 1st, 2010, the upgrade fee is full price.

    Hi purchased TubeCore 1/16/11. Will I be sent the upgrade license for version 2.0 soon?

    I need an upgrade key. I am not sure if that is why I can no longer use TubeCore since I upgraded to Express.

    it’s been 30 days… still no new license key, and still operating on tubecore express

    Ummm… wait a minute. So, for we early adopters who went and gambled on you in late 2009… we not only are not entitled to an upgrade anymore, but we’re not even entitled to a discount?

    I recognize that you need to make money… but to make that money on people who bet on you early is, quite frankly, one of the silliest marketing strategies I’ve heard in a long time.

    I urge you to rethink your strategy in punishing loyalty and early adopters. That’s probably not the best way to grow a loyal fan base, chaps.
